A second phase of the LIFT development will add a further 10% capacity to the existing 4 million square feet of active warehousing space currently established within the Free Zone.

A plethora of companies large and small, are located in or simply utilise the business-friendly Customs regimes and high security offered within the 383 hectare free zone, which encompasses both Liverpool and Birkenhead Docks. Liverpool Freeport is the focus of a trade interchange amounting to millions of pounds.
